实习班主任写给学生的一封信范文
ately last week, i wanted to talk to you about something that has been on my mind. but because of me being an "overly emotional" person and not a great speaker, it was hard to find the right words to express what i meant.
i think about it, i had this chance to write down some thoughts, rather than speaking them out loud. when you say that, it's so much more personal and genuine than talking with someone who is too emotional or not very good at expressing emotions.
for example, i never got the chance to tell my students how important it was for me to be part of their lives. during my first year as a student, i feel like they are always "having fun" and "being lazy," but i also have "honestly honest" classmates who have been doing assignments without looking at anything else. i never had any students that felt like they were being attacked or that their experiences affected them.
i don't know if you've noticed it, but the thing about you is that you are so much more than just the people in your classes. every day, there are 30 different types of students around here—those who are quiet and focused, those who are messy and make little noise, those who take their time to listen to you and nod along, and even some who come to class feeling "hyped up" or "confused." but none have ever made me feel like i was a target. they were always happy to talk to me, no matter what happened in your classes.
when you said that, it's so much more than i could say about myself. i am a very patient person who doesn't rush you into conversations, but it wasn't until the end of my first year that i realized how important it was for everyone here to know that i understand their struggles. and that no matter what happens next, they will always be happy.
i never thought about this happening to me—until now, when I tell you all about it. but i do think it's a big step in someone's life, and it means so much more than just a "sigh."
now, as we prepare for next year, let's talk about what will be most important to you—whether that's a new project, a grade improvement, or something else entirely.
i know this is hard, especially because i can't really tell if someone is going to get what they're looking for. but no matter how everything feels right now, it means so much more than just a teacher. and i guess, ultimately, that's what i'm here for—your success.
look forward to seeing all the progress you'll make this year, and remember: don't let yourself get too caught up in the things that will come your way next.
a lot of people are going to be working on something important soon, but that doesn't mean you should feel like you're letting others down. keep a positive attitude, and maybe even find some joy in working on those things.
whether it's school, work, or life—your spirit is worth so much more than what you will receive at the end of the day.
and finally, no matter where you end up in the future, know this: if you're going to make it, you have to keep going. and you deserve it.
regardless of how everything feels right now or how tough it's been this week, i can't wait to see what happens next.
and the most important thing is... stay positive and confident!
